What is the most scrubbable interior paint?

The global onset of the coronavirus has put an importance wiping down surfaces and objects after use to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

As some of the surfaces such as doors, windows, presses and window are paintable surfaces we thought that giving you a list of the most scrubbable to wipeable paints would be helpful.

Despite satin finish or satinwood being the product of choice for all wood trim finishes we recommend applying a gloss finish to all timber as it can be cleaned over and over again and still look fresh whereas satin finish blackens each time you wipe.

Crown Trade or Dulux Trade oil based gloss is the product that we would recommend to us in your home or workplace

Compared with windows, doors and ledges, walls are touched less. Nonetheless it is a wise idea given the current pandemic to apply a scrubbable paint to internal walls.

The product of choice would be from the Dulux Trade Diamond range. This is because these products are test too and fully compliant with BS EN ISO 11998 and BS7719.

Have this certification means that both products have been rigorously tested to ensure they are scrubbable.
