How to Increase the Value of Your House

Home improvements are costly and not all home improvements despite helping to sell do not increase the value of your home.

Homeowners do not realise that it is possible to get their homes values by an independent surveyor and submit their properties new value to the bank or building society with whom they have their mortgage.
