What Types of Projects do we like the most?
It’s often assumed that painting contractors will paint everything and anything. Over the years we have refined and re-refined our strategy and direction.
In 1971 we set out on our journey when we began to paint hundreds of new build houses in the housing estates that were being developed in North Dublin
In 1975 we began to work with state and semi state organisations and our direction changed. We began to specialise in painting existing buildings only.
The 1980s saw us develop a relationship with many of the national and multinational brands who provide us all with fruit and veg in the Dublin Fruit Markets off Capel Street. This development saw us become experienced and specialist in the painting of occupied industrial units where we successfully worked to tight timelines.
In the 1990s we began to offer building fabric repairs and we entered the facilities space.
The late 00s saw us become expert clean room painters as we successfully developed a team of maintenance painters to repaint pharmaceutical plants for some of the worlds leading brands.
As a result of these developments the projects we like the most can be summarised as
Repainting existing commercial buildings for state organisations, semi state bodies and SMEs
Painting large scale industrial units
Deliver facilities projects that encompass building refurbishment and interior fit out projects
Provide specialist maintenance painters
